It is basically a combination of vagina, urethra, and anus. The poop, and pee come out the same opening where sex takes place for reproduction. Human females pee from a urethra. Sex in vagina, poop out anus. Get it straight. I am a 65 yr old female, and am well aquainted with my body parts.

Most, if not all these comments, reek of internalized misogyny. Females attracted to men but they didn’t want to be “the woman” in the relationship because they internalized stereotypes about women, thinking all straight/bi women in het relationships are the same, like the woman can’t be the dominant partner or she’ll be expected to do all the housework or the child rearing. Having an effortlessly passing body is not "aesthetics" for a dysphoric transsexual. The damage a finished puberty does to a transsexual's psyche is drastic. Puberty is IRREVERSIBLE. I'm kinda curious and wondering how she would try to explain away my being genderfluid and queer which is a gender identity and expression that very much so is neither stable nor certain, yet if I were asked how I identify I can tell you that with 100% certainty. I don't find stability appealing. I'm fluid by nature, so the idea of just always being the same every day makes me ill. The only times we are made to feel ashamed and bad about ourselves is when people like her in society tell us that we're inherently wrong and need to be 'fixed'. I am also not a black and white thinker. I see so many different interpretations of gender within the queer community, so where is she getting the idea that we lack ambiguity? Does she not know what the word means? I neither need nor want anyone's approval about anything; Especially not with regards to myself and my opinions. I do not care about what people think about me. However, I do care if I can clearly discern that someone is intentionally trying to upset me just because they woke up and decided they wanted to be a deplorable excuse of human trash that day for no good reason. I feel a lot of people in the community might share that view because we only truly care about what something means for us. We don't care if you agree with it or not, but we do care if someone decides to be mean just to be mean. Let's assume she is right and we do all have BPD, and that's why we are the way we are. Does she realize saying that could almost imply that society causes us to have BPD? By oppressing us and then also invalidating our experience, some people in society must get so much enjoyment out of trying to provoke mentally ill people into an episode because why else would you go out into the world with the specific need to try to tear someone else down?
